Dear Potential Commercial Exhibitor,

The 2008 Brown County Fair will be held Wednesday, August 13 through Sunday, August 17. The gates will open at noon on Wednesday and close at 6 p.m. on Sunday.

If you are interested in having a booth at the 2008 Brown County Fair, please don’t delay in returning your contract. Full payment including deposit, certificate of insurance and Wisconsin Temporary Event Operator and Seller form must accompany the contract. Spaces will be filled at the discretion of the of the Brown County Fair Executive Board, based on receipt of all required information.

This year we are moving the Commercial exhibits to a different building. We will be moving to the building that housed the 4-H Exhibits, just a little west of the Commercial Building. The primary reason for this change, of buildings, is to help the traffic flow to your exhibits. Another plus factor with this building will be that the building can be completely locked up at the close of each day, and will be open at the times listed on the Rules and Regulations Sheet.

To avoid any misunderstandings and confusion, it is very important that you read over all the rules and regulations (especially #4) so you are familiar with the expectations of all commercial exhibitors. We will do our best to accommodate your requests.Two weekly wristbands are provided with each rented space. These wristbands are for admission to the fairgrounds and parking and are not transferable. The following will pertain to those having more than 2 people staffing their exhibit.  There will be available a $6.00 pass (per person, per day) to enter the grounds.  These passes must be purchased by noon on Wednesday, August 13th. After noon on August 13th the cost is will be the daily gate price per person. These passes include parking and all other events that the 2008 Brown County Fair has to offer.
